What I Create

Combining my personal experience and background in physical and health education, I am equipped with a solid foundation to research, write, and genuinely help people make sense of health information.

I have 15+ years of health writing and experience from the perspective of an ePatient and a lifetime of living with mobility and learning disabilities that shape my unique perspectives on life.

My areas of lived experience and expertise include asthma, severe asthma, ADHD, learning disablities and learning issues, health technology, patient-oriented research, and patient engagement.

My combination of research skills in these and other areas, writing style, lived experience and weird brain coalesce to create unique, well-written and scientifically-backed pieces for clients that their target audience can relate to–and enjoy reading!

My clients include Health-Union/Social Health Network, WebMD, Asthma Canada, Healthline, Understood, and My Identity Doctor.
