Hi, I’m Kerri. I create stuff on the Internet.

I am a Canadian freelance writer and creator.

I write most often about health and chronic illness, specializing in asthma, ADHD, learning issues and health technology. Other digital content I create includes podcasts, videos, social media content, logos, and basic websites.

As a patient writer and creator, I have lived experience of multiple health conditions including severe asthma, ADHD, learning disabilities, chronic pain, arthritis, and tachycardia (…to name a few). I started “my first blog that people actually read” in 2008, focused on learning to live with severe asthma–and I haven’t stopped working to empower and educate others since.

I rely significantly on research and well-sourced information, focused on peer-reviewed sources from the last 10 years or high-quality, reputable websites.

While my focus has been on health topics, I’m also interested in many other areas I’d love to learn more about–from you, or with your guidance! Some of my interests include aviation, aviation safety and security, progressive politics, technology, baking, and the 2SLGBTQIA+ and disability communities.

Let’s work together!

Whether you’re also in Winnipeg or elsewhere, let’s work together! Considering adding a blog to your business site or does your content need a refresh? Have you wanted to do more on social media and don’t have the time? Let’s explore that together! I’m always seeking new experiences to challenge myself creatively, learn new things… and share those things with the people who matter to you!

Let’s start the conversation.
